Exail is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Offshore, APAC (F/M) based in Kuala Lumpur to accelerate the offshore maritime business across Asia-Pacific. You will cultivate relationships with operators, EPCs, and survey firms, and identify strategic opportunities across offshore, subsea and marine technology sectors.

This international, customer-facing role blends business development, technical sales, strategic account management and market development as you translate complex customer needs

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience selling complex technical equipment or systems within offshore industry is a strong advantage.
• Existing relationships within APAC offshore ecosystem (operators, contractors, survey firms, ROV/AUV companies) highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop our business across APAC.
• Define and execute the regional offshore sales strategy.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow strategic accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across short-, medium- and long-term opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including tenders, negotiations and contract closure.
• Deliver sales growth with focus on profitability and long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide market insights.
