Job summary

SRKay Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees across APAC, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory requirements and tax processes, plus proficiency in Excel and payroll systems.

Collaborating with HR, Finance, and vendors, you will ensure timely payroll processing, accurate reporting, and responsive handling of employee queries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong payroll.
• Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees.
• APAC / multi-country payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll statutory requirements and tax-related processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and validation.
• Review payroll inputs, registers, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors for timely payroll processing and payments.
• Handle statutory contributions, tax-related requirements, and payroll reporting.
• Manage employee payroll queries and stakeholder communications.
• Support payroll process improvements and ad-hoc payroll projects.
