Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years in the industry.
• 2–5 years of management or partnership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or digital health.
• Regional business development or partnership experience is strongly preferred.
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage regional partnerships across Asia Pacific, including collaborations with digital health platforms, hospital systems, governments, and healthcare organizations.
• Evaluate partnership models and local business development opportunities that drive Dexcom’s growth and ecosystem integration.
• Lead the execution of partnership projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with Dexcom’s strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with local country teams and functional partners to operationalize partnership initiatives.
• Assess market trends and emerging technologies to support Dexcom’s digital health and connectivity goals.
• Contribute to long-term planning by providing insights that shape regional business strategies and go-to-market approaches.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring collaboration and clear communication.
