Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior APAC Supply Chain Project Manager in Malaysia to support execution of regional supply chain programs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. You will lead multi-workstream projects, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to achieve launch readiness and governance standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5–8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of APAC Supply Chain programs and projects, including regional initiatives and deployment readiness.
Lead assigned project workstreams by managing actions, timelines, risks and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT and regional/global teams to ensure alignment.
Maintain project governance routines: trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence, documentation and status reporting.
Provide updates, data, analysis and recommendations to support project decisions and leadership reviews.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying gaps, improving visibility and consistency across APAC Supply Chain projects.
