Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Senior APAC Supply Chain Project Manager in Malaysia to support execution of regional supply chain programs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. You will lead multi-workstream projects, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to achieve launch readiness and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 5–8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of APAC Supply Chain programs and projects, including regional initiatives and deployment readiness.
• Lead assigned project workstreams by managing actions, timelines, risks and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT and regional/global teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain project governance routines: trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence, documentation and status reporting.
• Provide updates, data, analysis and recommendations to support project decisions and leadership reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying gaps, improving visibility and consistency across APAC Supply Chain projects.
