Dexcom Corporation is seeking a proactive APAC Supply Chain Project Manager in Penang, Malaysia. You will lead cross‑functional project workstreams, coordinate with regional teams, and drive timely delivery of deployment activities across the APAC region.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder communication. You’ll work within a global organization advancing CGM technology and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions, functions, and cultures.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with clear updates for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC Supply Chain programs and regional initiatives.
• Lead assigned project workstreams with timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and follow‑through.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, IT.
• Maintain project governance routines: trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, meeting cadence, documentation, and status reporting.
• Support regional deployment activities with clear milestones and readiness inputs.
• Provide structured updates, data, analysis and recommendations to leadership reviews.
