Job summary

Precision Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to lead a cybersecurity team and deliver IC/OT security solutions. You will design, deploy, and support security technologies, ensure IT/OT architecture alignment with customer SLAs and KPIs, and drive risk mitigation across diverse client environments.

Applicants should have a degree in CS/IT, 2+ years in relevant standards, and professional certifications. Strong English, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2 years or greater experience in international standards: NIST 800-82, IEC-62443, ISO 27001.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISA/IEC 62443, TOGAF, CCIE.
• Offensive Security experience is a bonus but not required.
• Strong command of English; excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage cybersecurity team and project activities.
• Design, deploy, maintain and support IC/OT cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, IDS, antivirus software, patch management, log management.
• Work closely with customers to ensure IT-OT security architecture, SLAs, KPIs, and expectations are met.
• Provide risk mitigation guidance to drive OT security strategy and implementation.
• Author detailed technical proposals and reports to meet customers' industrial cybersecurity requirements.
• Educate customers on cybersecurity through training and tabletop exercises.
• Assist customers to monitor networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions.
• Research emerging threats and develop OT security strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards.
