EdgeConneX is seeking a NOC Team Lead in Cyberjaya to supervise the shift, monitor critical infrastructure, and coordinate incident response. You will work closely with NOC technicians to ensure timely resolution and customer communication.

The role requires leadership in a 24x7 data center environment, strong monitoring skills, and the ability to drive continuous service improvements. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with related IT or data center experience.

• Proven leadership of a shift team in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with platform monitoring and incident response.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily NOC shift activities and performance.
• Coordinate alarm monitoring, ticket processing and incident response.
• Escalate issues to Regional NOC Manager when needed.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and site teams; notify customers of planned work.
• Maintain shift KPI reports and contribute to process improvements.
