Ricoh Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. is seeking a NOC Specialist in Malaysia to ensure the availability, stability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure in a 24x7 NOC environment.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and manage incidents across networking, servers, storage, cloud, and applications. The role requires 8 years in SOC/NOC operations, ITIL Foundation Certification, and strong Azure/Windows/Linux and Cisco networking expertise.

Formación

• Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in cybersecurity incident response.
• 6+ years in Microsoft Azure operations and support.
• 6+ years in Windows/Linux Server administration.
• Strong networking knowledge with Cisco devices (Switches/Routers/WAPs/Meraki).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, maintain, and support network, server, storage, and applications.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Provide incident response and break-fix support.
• Handle escalation requests from clients and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and SMEs to resolve issues.
• Document changes and ensure alignment with change management procedures.
