Job summary

Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking dynamic individuals to join our expanding team as Manager, Network Operations Center (NOC) for APAC. You will lead NOC, SOC, and AVNOC teams, set KPIs, and drive governance, incident, change, and major incident management to deliver high-quality managed services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• ITIL Foundation Certification required.
• Minimum 10 years in IT Operations/Managed Services/NOC.
• Minimum 5–8 years of leadership in technical operations.
• Experience managing regional 24x7 service delivery and customer-facing managed services.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC and related teams (NOC, SOC, AVNOC) across APAC.
• Oversee service delivery governance, incident, problem, change, and major incident management.
• Drive onboarding, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets, capacity planning, and resource optimization.
• Ensure ISO 27001 compliance support and robust business continuity.
