Job summary

RTI Group seeks an Area Sales Manager to lead the growing APAC business from Malaysia, owning revenue, pipeline and partnerships across selected APAC markets. You’ll work with distributors and key accounts, reporting to the VP Sales in Sweden, while traveling regionally to meet customers and support tenders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years selling capital equipment in APAC and strong CRM/ERP skills. English and Mandarin are beneficial for Taiwan/Hong Kong markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of selling capital equipment or medical devices in APAC.
• Proven ability to manage distributors and direct key accounts.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel regionally for trade shows and tenders.
• Business-fluent English; Mandarin useful for Taiwan/HK.

Responsibilities

• Own annual sales targets for your territory and report monthly.
• Develop distributor network and joint business plans; manage performance.
• Sell with partners, join customer visits, and coach sales teams.
• Manage selected key accounts directly.
• Plan and run regional activities and trade shows.
