Align Technology, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an iTero Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for iTero intraoral scanners across APAC-Malaysia.

You will manage distributors, develop accounts and forecast sales to meet the Operational Plan in line with country objectives. You will lead product demonstrations, train sales teams, and build strong customer relationships to increase market share and improve adoption of iTero technology.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in sales and business development.
• Proven distributor and indirect team management experience.
• Experience in medical devices industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor-level degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual operating plan through direct and indirect channels.
• Develop distributor and customer relationships to grow market share.
• Forecast, plan, and execute sales activities and product demonstrations.
• Provide training and support to sales teams and customers.
• Prepare status reports and KPIs like call rate and business planning.
