Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the APAC Service Operations team in Malaysia. You will oversee daily logistics, carrier coordination, and inventory accuracy to support same-day and next-business-day deliveries for global customers.

The role requires 5 to 8 years in warehousing, transportation, or compliance, strong Excel skills, and fluent English. You will partner with 3PLs, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely, compliant shipments and robust service levels.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in warehousing, reverse logistics, transportation, or compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Based in Malaysia with valid work rights.
• Experience with APAC logistics and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and carrier rate management.
• Manage APAC inventory and inbound/outbound discrepancies.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, account management, and engineering to prioritize returns and RMAs.
• Track shipments end-to-end and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support compliance documentation and audits for shipments.
