Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT/Business Analyst to gather, analyse and document business requirements from departments and outlet operations. You will translate these into clear functional specifications and process flows for system improvements.

You will act as the liaison between users, the internal IT team and external vendors, coordinate system testing (UAT), monitor progress and support change management and user adoption after rollout.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from departments and outlet operations.
• Review current workflows and identify opportunities for system improvement, automation and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows and system requirements.
• Act as the liaison between users, the internal IT team and external system vendors.
• Coordinate system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, issue tracking and user sign-off.
• Monitor project progress and ensure system requirements are delivered within the agreed scope and timeline.
• Analyse system issues, identify root causes and coordinate appropriate solutions with the relevant parties.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and data analysis to support management decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system changes and user guides.
• Conduct system briefings and training for users before implementation.
• Support change management and monitor user adoption after system rollout.
• Ensure system solutions comply with Company policies, operational requirements and data-security standards.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by Management.
