Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business and banking requirements into clear functional specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, developers, architects and testers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and testability of requirements.

The role emphasizes working across banking domains, facilitating workshops, documenting BRD/FRS/User Stories, and supporting SIT/UAT and Go-Live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4–8+ years of IT/BA experience.
• Experience on banking or financial-services projects with strong documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear IT specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements for banking applications.
• Translate requirements into functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, architects and testers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SIT and UAT activities and ensure traceability of requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, testable acceptance criteria and go-live readiness.
