Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Service Delivery Support professional to provide transactional and administrative HR support across the APAC region, covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Data Management, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and Recruitment. The role emphasizes process improvements, standard SOP adherence, and analytics to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years in HR, preferably in a Shared Services environment, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, with prior exposure to HR Shared Services preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Handle intake activities and case resolution.
• Perform specialized internal HR process administration.
• Execute HR processes and maintain SOP-compliant practices.
• Generate operational reports and analyze data as required.
• Support TA, onboarding, data management, compensation, benefits, learning, and recruitment processes as needed.
