Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Regional HR Operations Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across APAC, handling high-volume, standardized HR transactions and ensuring accurate, timely employee lifecycle administration in line with policies and SLAs. The role requires at least one year of HR operations experience, a basic understanding of labour laws, and excellent English communication.

This is a 12-month contract managed by a third-party agency, with assignment to ByteDance but payroll

Qualifications

• At least one year of HR operations experience.
• Basic understanding of labour/compliance laws and HR best practices.
• Basic understanding of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, leaves, offboarding).
• Demonstrated resilience managing high volumes of requests and delivering accurate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage standardized HR lifecycle transactions across APAC in line with SLAs and policies.
• Collaborate with HR team for policy feedback and tier 2 support when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle processes through system enhancements.
