Job summary

Monks is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for APAC to drive outbound growth, demand generation, and SQL funneling across APAC markets. You will partner with sales and client teams, lead events, and collaborate with global marketing to optimize campaigns.

Reporting to the APAC MD, you will shape content, measurement, and investment strategies to fuel growth across data, media, technology, and creative workstreams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth marketing, preferably in professional services or ad-tech.
• Experience planning outbound campaigns and demand gen.
• Strong ability to measure marketing impact and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage outbound campaigns to drive MQLs/SQLs.
• Lead events to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Advise on marketing investments with senior stakeholders.
• Build measurement frameworks to prove marketing value.
• Collaborate on content plans for social, events, and partnerships.
