Job summary

SD Guthrie International is hiring a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end payroll transformation initiatives across multiple countries in the APAC region. The role focuses on planning, discovery, data readiness, testing, cutover and stabilisation.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT, coordinate vendors and partners, and drive governance and risk management to ensure successful go-lives and sustained operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, PM or related field.
• Extensive experience in payroll, HR technology or enterprise-system implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country implementations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain country/workstream implementation plans aligned with programme timeline.
• Coordinate implementation activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, country teams and vendors.
• Manage data readiness, configuration, integration and testing activities across workstreams.
• Lead cutover readiness, go-live support and stabilisation efforts.
• Governance and reporting for project status, risks, issues and decisions.
• Coordinate with implementation partners and service providers for delivery quality.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, change control and governance procedures.
