You will partner with Finance, HR, Technology and external providers to deliver scalable, efficient, and insight-led finance delivery, including workforce design, shared services and outsourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of the APAC Finance operating model strategy.
• Drive workforce transformation, organisational design and shared services across APAC.
• Governance and value realisation with executive reporting and benefits tracking.
• Partner with Finance leaders to shape the future state Finance function.
