Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced Regional Financial Controller (ASEAN + China) to oversee end-to-end financial operations, costing, and contract margin governance. The role is a direct CFO succession pathway within a 24‑month horizon, reporting to the Group CFO and partnering with regional MDs.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years of regional financial leadership in heavy manufacturing or related sectors, with strong MFRS/IFRS expertise, ERP (SAP FICO), and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA) with active MIA membership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional controllership across ASEAN and Greater China.
• Lead month-end close, financial statements, and audit liaison.
• Drive standard costing, WIP controls, and contract margin management.
• Support CFO succession planning and strategic FP&A.
