Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a customer-facing End User Services or workplace technology function across multiple countries or markets.
• Ability to translate global strategy into regional plans and deliver cross-functional change.
• Experience establishing operating models, governance, service standards and performance measures.
• Fluent in English; regional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the alignment and delivery of the global End User Services Chapter strategy across APAC.
• Act as APAC representative within the global EUS Chapter and align regional requirements.
• Establish governance for the regional Chapter roadmap with transparent reporting.
• Lead the APAC End User Services organisation including workforce planning and capability development.
• Drive a regional operating model, service catalogue, processes and customer experience.
• Partner with global Chapter leads to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Sponsor regional workplace and technology change initiatives including endpoint lifecycle and real estate programs.
• Use performance data to identify improvements and drive value.
• Own senior stakeholder engagement and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure operational delivery across APAC for end-user devices, applications, and collaboration tech.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve operational efficiencies across EUS in APAC.
