Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of customer-facing End User Services across multiple APAC countries.
• Proven ability to translate global strategy into regional roadmaps and execution.
• Experience in governance, performance measurement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the alignment and delivery of the global End User Services Chapter strategy across APAC.
• Represent APAC in global planning and ensure regional requirements are reflected.
• Establish governance for regional roadmap, track delivery and reporting.
• Lead APAC EUS organisation including workforce planning and capability development.
• Drive a consistent regional operating model and customer experience aligned with global standards.
• Partner with global Chapter leads and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Sponsor regional workplace and technology change initiatives including endpoint modernisation.
• Use data to identify improvements and demonstrate value in user experience and cost.
