Job summary

Watlow Malaysia, located in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah, seeks a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to support APAC & EMEA compensation and benefits programs. You will partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to provide insights, maintain processes, and support annual salary planning, incentive cycles, and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience overseeing total rewards across APAC & EMEA.
• Experience developing and managing total rewards strategies aligned with objectives.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Certified Total Rewards Professional (CCP) preferred.
• Based in Kulim High Tech Park, Kedah.
• English language required; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and administer regional compensation programs.
• Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and market pricing.
• Support annual compensation cycles, merit and bonus plans.
• Develop Total Rewards dashboards and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with regional laws and company policies.
• Support global Total Rewards projects and rollout.
