Job summary

Advanced Energy Management Limited in Malaysia is seeking a senior Total Rewards professional to administer compensation and benefits, aligning local practices with global strategies. You will partner with the Global Total Rewards team to design and evaluate programs that attract and retain talent across varied sites.

The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a thorough understanding of HR systems, leave management, time and attendance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (Master's/MBA).
• PHR, SPHR, or GPHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers compensation and benefits programs aligned with global Total Rewards strategies.
• Reviews pay changes for alignment with policies and equity.
• Partners with Global Total Rewards on base pay, incentives, equity, and health benefits.
• Identify opportunities and address concerns by collaborating with Global Total Rewards.
• Coach management on compensation and develops proposals for reviews.
