Job summary
Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) seeks an APAC Data and AI enablement lead to translate regional priorities into scalable data and AI solutions. You will collaborate with enterprise platforms, data science, and operations to drive adoption and measurable value across APAC markets.
Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in data/AI enablement, leadership of cross-functional teams, and strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in a quantitative field; 10+ years in data/AI enablement or related areas.
- Leadership role guiding cross-functional teams and vendors for complex programs.
- Experience managing modern data infra and deploying ML/LLM-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Champion APAC Data and AI enablement, aligning with enterprise strategy and regional needs.
- Translate regional priorities into scalable Data/AI use cases, roadmaps and outcomes.
- Partner with platforms to scale reusable capabilities and influence roadmaps.
- Drive adoption, value realization, KPI baselines, and stakeholder alignment across APAC.
- Build regional AI capability, learning pathways, playbooks, and responsible operating discipline.
