Job summary

Nokia is seeking an APAC Delivery Assurance professional for the APAC Regional Business Center. This role serves as the central point for delivery escalations, allocation management, and supply chain coordination across APAC and with Demand Planning to improve forecasting and inventory planning.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or delivery operations.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of end-to-end delivery and forecasting impact.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery escalations and allocation activities with BC and Global Supply Chain.
Coordinate with DO, PM, PMO and stakeholders to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Monitor and govern the CDO escalation process and drive improvements.
Anticipate supply chain and logistics risks and develop mitigation plans.
Lead end-to-end supply chain improvements and share best practices.
Handle escalation cases with BG and CT, maintaining clear communication.
Ensure order launching, delivery planning, logistics, invoicing, and execution are accurate.
Track equipment availability and logistics through internal systems.
Understand contracts, logistics requirements, and financial terms for delivery commitments.
Track APAC forecasts, risks, opportunities, and delivery performance against targets.
Provide escalation trend insights to improve demand planning and inventory.
Identify constraints and coordinate with partners to improve timelines.
