Cloud Destinations Infotech Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to grow opportunities in data centre and critical infrastructure sectors. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with at least 5 years in B2B sales and a track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new opportunities.
• Experience working with engineering, construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or data centre-related industries is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within data centre, engineering, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Grow existing accounts and establish long-term business partnerships.
• Track market developments, upcoming projects, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates.
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support market expansion initiatives across Malaysia and APAC.
