Zusammenfassung

Vantage Data Centers Malaysia is seeking a Senior Availability Management Analyst to govern APAC Operations Change, Incident and Problem Management across multiple sites. You will ensure changes are executed with rigor, drive RCA outcomes and maintain audit-ready records.

You will partner with Site Operations, Reliability Engineering and Customer teams, training staff, refining processes, and delivering KPI-driven reporting to leadership across the APAC region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in critical facilities or data centre operations, with 2+ years in governance/change management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical infrastructure in mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management frameworks.
• Knowledge of data centre compliance standards (ISO, Uptime Institute).
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent change management platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead APAC Operations Change, Incident and Problem Management processes, ensuring alignment with global policies and operational excellence standards.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of change requests and Problem records across all APAC sites.
• Apply the Level of Risk (LOR) framework to classify changes and ensure appropriate mitigation.
• Own SOPs, MOP and EOP standards; lead training and governance across sites.
• Collaborate with Site Operations, Reliability Engineering and Customer teams for alignment on change and incident activities.
• Maintain audit-ready records of changes, incidents and Problems.
• Monitor Change, Incident and Problem metrics and KPIs to track performance and RCA closure.
• Lead the APAC drill program and regional performance reviews to drive improvements.
