Job summary

Vantage seeks a technically minded regional Operations Analyst to lead APAC Change, Incident and Problem Management, ensuring precise governance of all infrastructure changes across data centres.

You will own end‑to‑end change lifecycle, apply the Level of Risk framework, drive RCA and corrective action closure, and partner with Site Operations, Reliability and Customer teams to uphold audit readiness and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years in critical facilities or data centre operations with governance experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks and data centre compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC change, incident and problem management processes.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of changes across APAC sites.
• Apply Level of Risk framework to classify changes and mitigations.
• Maintain audit-ready records and KPI reporting for governance.
• Deliver training and enable wider site teams on processes.
