Job summary

Access UK is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst for APAC, based in Kuala Lumpur, to embed and operate our Business Continuity Management programme. You will provide hands-on support to our Global Operations Centre and work with APAC teams to strengthen readiness and resilience.

This is a practical delivery role with regional exposure, coordinating with operations, product, technology and regional leaders to complete BIAs, maintain plans, coordinate exercises and help resolve gaps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and maintain Business Impact Analyses with APAC teams to identify critical activities and dependencies.
• Help develop and maintain practical business continuity plans with clear ownership and recovery actions.
• Deliver APAC exercises, tabletop scenarios, and record outcomes and lessons learned.
• Act as BCM contact for Kuala Lumpur GOC and support APAC plan owners.
• Assist ISO 22301 certification activities with documentation and evidence management.
• Identify continuity risks and gaps, coordinating with suppliers, technology and service teams.
• Provide incident support and post-disruption reviews with clear records and concise updates.
