• Proven hands‑on experience with BIA and BCP processes (essential).
• Professional business continuity certification (BCI, DRI or equivalent).
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Comfortable navigating complex, matrix, global environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Overseeing end-to-end BCM adoption across multiple regions.
• Reviewing and evaluating BIAs and BCPs at group process level.
• Embedding BCM principles into day-to-day operations through targeted stakeholder engagement.
• Monitoring key metrics, including recovery time objectives and compliance levels.
• Supporting tooling implementation and leading user acceptance testing.
• Identifying, escalating, and tracking remediation of resilience-related risks.
• Designing and delivering training programmes to strengthen organisational capability.
