Combined Selection Group Ltd is partnering to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southeast Asia, focusing on Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, leveraging a differentiated portfolio of nutraceutical ingredients through distributors and direct brand engagement.

The role is senior and individual-contributor, requiring strong relationships with supplement manufacturers, nutrition brands and health & wellness companies, with travel across Southeast Asia

Qualifications

• Experience selling branded or differentiated nutraceutical ingredients.
• Established commercial network in Malaysia/SEA desirable.
• Proven ability to develop accounts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth across Malaysia and SEA markets.
• Develop and manage relationships with ingredient distributors.
• Identify new business with supplement manufacturers and health brands.
• Build direct relationships with brand owners and senior decision-makers.
• Promote differentiated, science-backed ingredients.
• Collaborate with distributors to generate demand and growth.
• Represent the business at meetings and industry events.
• Provide market intelligence on regional trends and opportunities.
• Travel regionally for assignments.
