Job summary

CMA CGM Information Technology is seeking an Application Managed Service Expert to drive standardization, modernization, and availability of applications across the APAC region. You will lead projects using Java and .NET, ensuring governance, security, and smooth deployment across teams and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in software application development and support.
Hands-on experience in Java, .NET and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate).
Strong knowledge of APIs, cloud systems, security, DevOps, testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day applications support activities across APAC region and ensure SLAs.
Lead and deliver technical projects, with governance, security, architecture, and change management.
Develop and enforce standards for application architecture, coding, and deployment.
Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve AMS performance.
Coordinate with AMS vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
