Job summary

Evonik Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for an Accounts Payable professional to support timely and accurate processing.

You will handle AP tickets, respond to queries, and ensure compliance with CBV anti-fraud procedures while maintaining strong working relationships with local teams. The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting and solid English communication skills, with experience in SAP/Concur preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or SSC environments.
• Experience with travel and expenses processes is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP/Concur is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP SMAX tickets to support and resolve user problems promptly.
• Manage group mailbox queries from internal and external stakeholders with timely responses.
• Validate and update vendor and customer bank information per CBV procedures.
• Validate expenses reports and enforce country-specific T&E policies.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly reports ensuring T&E rules are applied correctly.
