DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead based in Kuala Lumpur. The role manages OPEX AP and staff expense claims, driving process improvements, automation and tighter governance across a regional shared services setup.

You will oversee vendor invoices, GR/IR reconciliation, and compliance with company policies while partnering with HR, Payroll and regional stakeholders to scale finance operations for rapid expansion.

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of Accounts Payable experience with minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
• Hands‑on AP operations experience including PO/non‑PO invoices, GR/IR, month‑end closing.
• Experience in a Shared Services/Multi‑entity environment with strong controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead OPEX Accounts Payable operations.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processing of OPEX vendor invoices (PO and non‑PO).
• Manage GR/IR clearing, AP subledger reconciliations and backlogs.
• Oversee vendor enquiries and payment discrepancies with strong controls.
• Lead end‑to‑end employee expense claims process from submission to posting.
