Job summary

JOBSCONNECT MANPOWER AGENCY INC is seeking a hands-on engineer to monitor AOI performance and drive continuous improvement on the production line. The role includes supporting AOI, TBE issues, and NPI/Engineering builds, with emphasis on recipe setup and material qualification.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years in a similar engineering role, ideally with semiconductor exposure, and experience sustaining AOI production lines and handling AOI and TBE related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / College Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience required.
• Semiconductors experience is an edge.
• Must have production line sustain experience in AOI machine troubleshoot, AOI and TBE related issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AOI performance and drive for continuous improvement.
• Support engineer for any TBE issue including any major down related to AOI, strapping machine, oven and packing machine.
• Support NPI and Engineering builds: Recipe setup, material buyoff, tape and reel material qualification.
• Support production line in achieving Quality, Delivery, Cycle Time, Process Improvement, Equipment Stability and improve the first pass yield for AOI machine.
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by superiors.
