Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a QA/testing professional to implement test work aligned with user requirements. The role emphasizes ensuring quality via thorough testing, collaboration with IT and business users, and adherence to standards.

The candidate will explore new testing techniques, including automation, performance, and cloud testing tools, and will support SIT/UAT as requested, while leveraging AI to boost efficiency and maintain security and design alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related disciplines.
• Database experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of SDLC.
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology.
• Good understanding of insurance business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities: clarify requirements, create test plan/cases, and document test strategy/closure.
• Research new techniques including automation, performance, cloud testing tools.
• Support SIT/UAT on user requests.
• Ensure deliverables meet security, compliance, and design quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT and business users.
• Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet operations.

This position is to implement the test work based on user requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform the testing activities including requirement clarification, test approach discover, test plan/case creation, Test Strategy/Closure report
• Research on new technique including automation/performance/cloud testing tool
• Support SIT/UAT as user request
• Monitor all deliverables are aligned with security, compliance, and design principles through focus on quality
• Collaborate with IT and business users
• Leverage AI to improve testing efficiency
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
