Job summary

The role involves cycle counts, variance analysis, and reporting using MS Excel and WMS reporting tools. You will collaborate with warehouse supervisors, clients, and internal teams to enforce SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–3 years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock integrity across warehouse locations and manage daily system transactions in WMS.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile stock against records and analyze variances.
• Track and report key inventory metrics using Excel and WMS reporting tools.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, clients and internal teams to ensure SOP compliance and resolve stock issues.
• Participate in Kaizen and digitalization initiatives to improve inventory workflows.

Analyst Inventory Controller (Logistic Industry)

We are currently representing our client, a global provider of supply chain and logistics solutions. The company focuses on warehouse operations, distribution, and advanced supply chain services to enhance business efficiency and overall performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Accuracy: Monitor stock integrity across all warehouse locations and manage daily system transactions in WMS.
• Stock Audits & Investigations: Conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile physical stock against system records, and perform root-cause analysis on stock variances.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Track and report key inventory metrics (accuracy rates, stock aging, SLA compliance) using MS Excel and WMS reporting tools.
• Operational Collaboration: Partner with warehouse supervisors, clients, and internal teams to enforce SOP compliance and resolve operational stock issues.
• Process Optimization: Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) and digitalization initiatives to improve inventory workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficient in WMS/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
