Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for overall Sales administration functions for:

• Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)
• Process and coordinate after Sales Service Spare Parts requests
• Service Support and Logistics as Back Office Function

Essential Functions:

• Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC) in accordance with Bruker standard policy, SOX, ISO and Revenue Recognition reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Sales, Selling Entity, Export Control, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistic to ensure both company and customer requirements are met
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers to achieve Customer Excellence.
• After sales service support on additional requests from customer or selling entity.
• Participate in departmental projects aligned with corporate objectives.

• Preparing shipping documents
• Coordinate global shipments
• Support after Sales Service Spare Parts requests and coordinate return materials

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in sales operations related jobs, with Customer Excellence understanding will be a plus point.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
• Experience of operating SAP and CRM (Salesforce)
• Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication, other languages will be a plus point.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
