Job summary

UCSI Education Sdn Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive (Co-Operative, Industry Engagement and Alumni) to support day-to-day Student Affairs & Alumni operations and actively engage with cooperative placement partners and alumni.

The role includes handling Co-Op Portal inquiries, identifying new companies for registration, and managing stakeholder feedback in line with university policy while guiding students on their placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese language.
• Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
• Possesses a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• To support and administer the day-to-day operation of the Student Affairs & Alumni office together with other colleagues.
• To actively engage with Cooperative Placement Partners and Alumni’s. Build strong relationship and network
• To assist in the enquiries on Co-Op Portal and student’s placement from our partners.
• To look for new companies and assist the companies to register in our Co-Op Portal.
• To handle and manage stakeholders’ feedback according to the University’s policy.
• To assist and guide students on their placements.
