Job summary

Cyberjaya Education Group Berhad is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Alumni Engagement to strengthen the university’s alumni network and bridge connections with students and industry partners. You will drive structured engagement initiatives, manage alumni data, and create opportunities for graduate employability and collaboration with industry while contributing to the university’s reputation.

This role requires 2–4 years in alumni relations, excellent communication and event management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, mass communication, corporate communication or international business.
• 2–4 years in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or industry partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in programme, project, or event management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Build relationships with senior alumni, industry leaders, and influencers.
• Plan and execute mentorship, networking, and career events.
• Manage AMS and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with faculties and career services for internships and employment opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards on engagement.
