Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience, incl. 2+ years at senior level in international luxury.
• Genuine appreciation for and knowledge of Malaysian cuisine and culinary heritage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Direct everyday activity, plan and assign work, ensuring proper staffing numbers.
• Develop the team and coach performance with goals for colleagues.
• Train colleagues on Brand Standards and Regent Diner guest journey.
• Drive hospitality and brand culture across the outlet.
• Monitor budget and costs with the Director of F&B to hit financial goals.
• Lead menu engineering with Chef, Marketing and Cost Controller.
• Ensure high-quality breakfast with live cooking stations and fresh ingredients.
