Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad is seeking an Admin/Operations Assistant to support duty operations across airside, terminal and landside areas. The role focuses on administrative tasks, regulatory compliance and smooth operations to ensure safe aircraft movement and passenger flow.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, able to work independently, and have computer literacy with SAP knowledge. 1 year of relevant experience is preferable.

Qualifications

• MCE or SPM or equivalent with Bahasa Credit and passes in English and Mathematics
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with good written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy is required; SAP knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• AIRSIDE duties include inspection of runways, taxiways and aprons to ensure safe aircraft movement
• TERMINAL duties cover cleanliness, facility operation and prompt payment processing
• LANDSIDE duties cover grounds, access roads, curbside areas and cooperation with contractors
