Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries related to flight schedules, bookings, ticketing and travel arrangements.
• Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, rescheduling and other booking-related requests, based on applicable policies.
• Provide accurate information on baggage allowances, check-in procedures, travel requirements and airline services.
• Support customers with payment inquiries, booking confirmations and other travel-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in the system.
• Meet service quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company procedures, airline policies and data confidentiality requirements.
