Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding invites students to join its Airfreight Internship in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will learn from senior experts while handling daily airfreight operations and supporting the team across multiple tasks.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with experienced professionals, and contribute to reports and planning while meeting customer KPIs and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Studies with a logistics/SC minor.
• Intake for Sep 2026 onwards.
• Proficient in English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for airfreight systems and physical operations.
• Drive the team to achieve customer KPIs and expectations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time.
• Assist in daily planning of operations and document checks.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and authorities.
