Job description

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems (e.g., filters, refrigerants, coils).
• Clean and replace air filters, ducts, and other components to ensure efficient system operation.
• Check refrigerant levels, and inspect compressors, fans, and motors for performance issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot common HVAC issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all the pipings and grease trap in store outlets.
• Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature settings.
• Provide regular reports on the system’s performance and any potential issues to the management.
• Maintain accurate service logs and records of all work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing tasks.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, particularly with preventive maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, including components like compressors, coils, and refrigerants.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot air conditioning issues.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
