Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service and repair air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurant settings. You will diagnose faults efficiently and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installation, adjustment of HVAC/electrical systems, and close collaboration with the maintenance supervisor on daily schedules while maintaining tools and handling spare parts when required.

Qualifications

• Background in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or related technical fields.
• Experience in maintenance, servicing and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and technical repair principles.
• Solid hands-on skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to use various maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a high-intensity environment with flexible working hours.

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurants.

Carry out dismantling, installation, and adjustment work for all technical equipment including HVAC and electrical systems.

Quickly and efficiently diagnose and repair equipment faults to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Conduct preventive maintenance, daily maintenance tasks, and scheduled inspections as required.

Monitor equipment operating conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Work closely with the maintenance supervisor in executing maintenance schedules and assigned tasks.

Maintain tools and assist in basic spare parts handling when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Background in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or other related technical fields.
• Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems.

Experience:

Repairing 5HP & above aircond: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
