Job summary

KAILI AIRCON TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales and customer service professional to handle inquiries across walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.

You will recommend air-conditioning products, prepare quotations, and manage the full sales cycle from quotation to after-sales support. You will coordinate installation schedules with Operations and Technical teams, handle inquiries professionally, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, telephone, WhatsApp and online customer enquiries.
• Recommend suitable air-conditioning products, accessories and installation packages.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and receipts.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate installation schedules with the Operations and Technical teams.
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales enquiries professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
• Check product availability and assist with stock and inventory updates.
• Process customer payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain proper sales records.
