H & Y Maintenance Sdn Bhd in Kedah is seeking a skilled technician to maintain, service, and repair air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurants. You will dismantle, install, and adjust HVAC and electrical systems, diagnose faults, and support preventive maintenance schedules.

The role requires licenses GDL and PW4, willingness to travel to Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, Penang Island, and Langkawi, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with

Qualifications

Background in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or other related technical fields.
Experience in air conditioning maintenance, servicing, installation, and repair, with a focus on 5HP and above air conditioning systems.
Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and basic electrical systems.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning troubleshooting and technical repair principles.
Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
Solid hands-on skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to use various maintenance tools and equipment effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a high-intensity environment with flexible working hours.
Possess valid GDL & PW4 licenses and willing to work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and electrical equipment in restaurants.
Carry out dismantling, installation, and adjustment work for all technical equipment including HVAC and electrical systems.
Diagnose faults quickly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.
Conduct preventive maintenance, daily maintenance tasks, and scheduled inspections as required.
Monitor equipment operating conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Work closely with the maintenance supervisor in executing maintenance schedules and assigned tasks.
Maintain tools and assist in basic spare parts handling when necessary.
