Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s #1 integrated logistics provider, seeks a Senior Pricing leader in Kuala Lumpur to drive strategic pricing transformation, rate governance and execution across the network to protect margins and accelerate sales velocity. You will mentor pricing analysts, partner with Revenue Management, Sales and Finance, and define rate architectures for contractual, spot and published tiers.

Strong data mastery with Excel and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years in Pricing, Rate Governance, or Commercial Logistics (Airlines, Cargo, Express preferred).
At least 5+ years in a senior managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

Drive the transformation of the pricing team to advance maturity in strategic pricing.
Establish pricing frameworks, discount matrix guidelines, and spare-rate guardrails to enable sales velocity while protecting margins.
Lead, mentor, and elevate pricing Analysts and Executives, building strategic pricing capability.
Partner with Revenue Management, Sales and Finance to ensure pricing guidelines align with capacity, demand, and P&L targets.
Define structural pricing methodologies across contractual, ad-hoc, spot, and published rate tiers.
